Ketter Komputers specializes in offering night and weekend technical support, provided by technicians who are employed full-time elsewhere. A common problem in the computer repair industry is that highly skilled technicians are recruited by companies to work within their IT departments. By being our technician's second job, we are able to employ extremely knowledgeable staff while still keeping our prices low. We charge $75 per hour (plus mileage if located outside of Fitchburg). With most issues being resolved within 1-2 hours, typical job prices range from $75-$150.
